I don’t have the patience nor the space for a juicer. Making a green drink without one is not only easier but healthier as it keeps all the fiber intact. I don’t even have a fancy blender. I use my nutribullet (I do have my eye on a Beast when it reaches its last legs). But seriously, no Vitamix needed unless you’re cranking out Hailey Bieber smoothies.
This is not a smoothie. The base is water (frightening), but don’t freak out.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups filtered water
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen mango or banana
1 handful organic spinach, fresh or frozen
2 stalks celery, broken up with your hands
1 small bunch fresh mint
juice of 1/2 - 1 lemon
STEPS:
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend. Enjoy!
